Two Hisense Mini-LED sets in the 65-inch size prompt the Hisense 65U7SG vs 65U6SF Pro question, and the answer depends on what Hisense’s own product pages actually list. This article puts those listings side by side. It is based on manufacturer specifications only: we haven’t tested either TV, so nothing here describes how either set looks or sounds in a room. For the wider field, the best QLED TVs guide shows where other brands sit.

Source: Hisense US product pages for each model, opened 22 October 2026, plus the Q&A on the 65U6SF Pro page, which covers the 55 to 85 inch sizes. Neither page shows a date. The 65U7SG figures come from the 65-inch column of a multi-size table on its page.
What Both Pages List in Common
Both pages list 4K resolution, full array local dimming, a 250W power consumption figure, with standby listed as no more than 0.5W for the 65U7SG and less than 0.5W for the 65U6SF Pro, one USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 port, an optical digital audio output and closed caption support. Both also list Filmmaker Mode, IMAX Enhanced, a voice remote, Dolby Atmos and a two-year manufacturer warranty.
On gaming, both list ALLM, VRR and FreeSync Premium Pro. For HDR, both list Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10, HDR10+ Adaptive and HLG. The marketing text overlaps too. Hisense uses the same wording on both pages for its anti-reflection screen treatment and for its description of color, so those passages don’t separate the two models.

What the 65U7SG vs 65U6SF Pro Differences Mean
Refresh Rate and HDMI Ports
Hisense lists a native 165Hz refresh rate for the 65U7SG and 144Hz for the 65U6SF Pro, a 21Hz gap on paper. The 65U7SG table lists a native 165Hz game mode. The 65U6SF Pro Q&A lists a native 144Hz game mode with ALLM and a VRR range of 48Hz to 144Hz, a range the 65U7SG table doesn’t give, so we don’t compare VRR ranges.
The port count is the larger practical difference. Hisense lists four HDMI 2.1 ports on the 65U7SG, against two HDMI 2.1 and two HDMI 2.0 ports on the 65U6SF Pro. Our HDMI 2.1 explainer covers what the standard is. Hisense’s pages don’t say which of the 65U6SF Pro’s ports is which beyond the eARC port, so check the labels on the back before connecting a console and a PC to the same TV.
eARC and Sound
Hisense places eARC on HDMI-3 for the 65U7SG and on HDMI-1 for the 65U6SF Pro, which decides where a soundbar would plug in. The audio output rating is listed at 50W for the 65U7SG and 40W for the 65U6SF Pro, and the layout is listed as 2.1.2 for the 65U7SG and as a 2.1 system with a built-in subwoofer for the 65U6SF Pro. Both pages list Dolby Atmos.
Hisense also describes the speakers differently. The 65U7SG text mentions multi-channel speakers tuned by Devialet, and the table lists a 2.1.2 layout. The 65U6SF Pro text mentions integrated low-frequency speakers for deeper bass. These are Hisense’s descriptions, not measurements, and the pages give no data on how either one sounds. The 2.1.2 and 2.1 labels are as Hisense lists them, and we don’t translate them into a sound-quality ranking.
Size and Weight
Hisense lists the 65U7SG at 43.2 lb without the stand and the 65U6SF Pro at 40.8 lb, a 2.4 lb difference. The depth without the stand is 2.3 in against 2.6 in. Both listings give the same width and height without the stand, 56.9 by 33.0 in. We haven’t compared stand dimensions, because the 65U7SG page lists two stand positions and the 65U6SF Pro page doesn’t say which position its figures use.
Where Hisense’s Pages Don’t Line Up
Gaps and Conflicts in the Listings
- The 65U7SG page lists Wi-Fi 6E, an ATSC 3.0 tuner, Game Booster 330 and DTS Virtual:X. The 65U6SF Pro text we used doesn’t list these. This article does not say whether the 65U6SF Pro has them.
- The 65U7SG’s HDR list has separate entries for Dolby Vision and HDR10+ (apart from Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+ Adaptive), and the 65U6SF Pro Q&A’s list doesn’t show those two entries. We don’t say whether the 65U6SF Pro supports them.
- The 65U6SF Pro page address and its Q&A name Fire TV (the Q&A says Fire TV with Alexa+), but its spec table lists Google TV. Because the page disagrees with itself, we aren’t comparing operating systems. Check Hisense’s current page.
- The 65U7SG figures come from a table covering four screen sizes, and we used the 65-inch column only. The 65U6SF Pro Q&A covers the 55 to 85 inch sizes.
- Neither page shows a publication date. Check Hisense’s current pages before you buy.
- No picture quality, brightness, motion or price comparison is made here, because none of that is in the sources.
